Cultural Awareness
Simply put, cultural awareness is about understanding that our cultures impact and shape how we see the world; that differences are natural and that when we work with people from other cultures, we need to be aware of where, when, how and when our cultures may either help or hinder us in terms of communication and collaboration.
You might be surprise at learning about British and Islands Deaf culture and how we very different to other cultures.
Introduction to BSL
We offer tailor-made for British Overseas Territories and Crown Depenedies for introducation to British Sign Language course, which is an entry level course. This course can be from three to six weeks and we will ensure that fits in within your working pattern or communities.
Sign Song Workshop
We offer unique tailor made for Sign Song Workshops across islands such as community events. Interested parties are encouraged to reach out via email, where bespoke solutions await.
